Returning Your Purchase

If you ever had a change of mind, or something that isn’t quite what you expected? You can always expect a return on purchase from us.

Items Eligible for Return

  • We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee! You can return any undamaged and unused item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
  • To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item(s) are returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.

Time Frame for Returns

  • This time frame allows you ample time to try on clothes or inspect other items to ensure they meet your expectations.

Processing Your Return

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will thoroughly inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
  • Upon approval, we will process your refund according to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or washed.
  • Any items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
  • Jarrsse Boutique is not responsible for return shipping costs.
